28 Spanish military officers sign a manifesto against the war
The concept of ‘preventative war’ is contrary to the United Nations Charter.  We do not believe Iraq to be a threat to other countries. We firmly believe that the solution to these problems is not through armed force which causes additional suffering to oppressed people.

A brief history of the movement against military draft in Spain
